What I owned
Floor leadership and guest experience, with responsibility for flow, tone, and execution.
Service + room operations
Led the floor during peak service, managing pacing, seating flow, and guest experience from first impression to close.
Coordinated with bar and service teams to maintain standards and consistency across a demanding volume.
Handled real-time problem solving with discretion: the goal was always a calm room, even when things got complicated.
Event operations
Supported private events and special moments with a hospitality-first approach, aligning timing, staffing, and guest flow for seamless execution.
Worked closely with internal teams to ensure events felt integrated into the space, not bolted on.
This role sharpened the thing I’m best at: running the room with calm control. I like work that is physical, precise, and people-forward, where the details determine whether an experience feels effortless.
