Dante is a high-volume brand with high expectations. My role sat at the intersection of hospitality standards and real-time logistics: protecting the pace and feel of service while managing people, reservations, and events under pressure.

What I owned
Floor leadership and guest experience, with responsibility for flow, tone, and execution.

Service + room operations

  • Led the floor during peak service, managing pacing, seating flow, and guest experience from first impression to close.

  • Coordinated with bar and service teams to maintain standards and consistency across a demanding volume.

  • Handled real-time problem solving with discretion: the goal was always a calm room, even when things got complicated.

Event operations

  • Supported private events and special moments with a hospitality-first approach, aligning timing, staffing, and guest flow for seamless execution.

  • Worked closely with internal teams to ensure events felt integrated into the space, not bolted on.

This role sharpened the thing I’m best at: running the room with calm control. I like work that is physical, precise, and people-forward, where the details determine whether an experience feels effortless.
